Through sharing her own journey and the strategies she has developed, Dr. Murphy will help participants understand where they might be on the burnout spectrum and introduce practical tools to begin the process of realignment. Participants will leave with valuable insights and a renewed perspective, empowered to take meaningful steps—both in their personal growth and in seeking further support as they navigate their path toward lasting wellbeing.

Using pre-cut book board pieces, participants will create a stunning mosaic cover that makes each journal a unique work of art. By the end of the session, everyone will walk away with a beautifully handcrafted journal that’s not only functional but also a true reflection of their artistic expression.
